Carol’s entire practice is dedicated to working with children either as a representative of their best interest or as a mediator working to facilitate settlements and parenting plans.

Carol received her BA in Political Science from UALR in 2001 and her Juris Doctor from UALR Bowen School of Law in 2005. She has been licensed to practice law in Arkansas  since 2005. She obtained her certification to mediate from the Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission of the Administrative Office of the Courts in 2006. In 2007, she became certified to accept appointments as parents’ counsel in dependency neglect cases and to serve as Attorney ad Litem in domestic and probate cases. Subsequently, Carol has practiced in Pulaski and Lonoke Counties in Juvenile Court as Parents’ Counsel and as a solo practitioner concentrating in general family law. Carol currently has a private practice limited to Domestic and Probate Attorney ad Litem work and Domestic Mediation.
